From the HTML Editor you can Edit or delete existing files, or create new files and floders.
This is where you can create folders such as image folders, and upload files to it for use in your web pages.
You will need to know HTML to use most of the options here.
The publisher reserves the right to refuse to publish, or remove anything without warning that he feels is not of good taste or good family values.
